"OH, LOOK AT THEM, THEY ARE SO CUTE!"

“Ohhh, they are so cute” … but only until they land on your plate, right?
In our society, in all cultures of this world, and every single one of us, such a big discrepancy is deeply ingrained that on the one hand, we find some animals cute, on the other hand, we don’t bat an eye if we suddenly should change our habits to protect them.
Most people would rather live with a double standard than learn something new, connect with their heart and values, and admit their mistakes to actively fight against speciesism for the good of all earthlings. Unfortunately, people don’t like to admit to their mistakes and wrongdoings. And with that, they act against what makes us human in the first place—a moral and ethical understanding. Will YOU continue to contribute?
As humans, we claim again and again what an intelligent and compassionate species we are but are we really? Are we allowed to give ourselves these labels when we take the lives of over 2.7 trillion animals a year? When we are not even willing to change the smallest things in our conditioned lifestyle to allow others the possibility of a peaceful and safe life?
Instead of informing ourselves and making radical changes, we buy into our guilty conscience and tell ourselves lies and myths to continue doing what directly kills innocent creatures.
Not all hope is yet lost.
You don’t have to be like most people.
See their suffering! See the injustice! Start being curious! Do your research and reflect on your values and actions. Start to realize that your heart is not for animal abuse, but a peaceful world for all! Act in alignment with that belief and view!
The only way to achieve that is to stop paying for products and services of animal exploitation once and for all! You are better than that! You know better than that! So do better than that!
