HOW HOME FEELS LIKE
What is a home? And how does home feel like?
When you look at it from the outside, a home is just a house. But if you look inside and feel inward, you will define home as a pleasant, happy place where you can live, laugh and learn. It is a place where you are loved, respected, and cared for.
A home gives life to a house and it should always be a place of freedom, comfort, and retreat. A place where you feel comfortable and can be fully yourself, express yourself, and simply feel at home. A safe home should always be given and available to everyone.
The home you see in the photo is the home of the fosterlings of Kurza Lapka Azyl in Poland, who were liberated from (factory) farms. They were given the loving home all animals deserve but only a few get the chance, unfortunately.
It is a peaceful place, a respectful place, and a just and compassionate place. They are supporting each individual’s needs of personal development, health care, and attention. They truly do anything to create change and to care for others, who were destined to be murdered for someone else’s benefit.
Kurza Lapka Azyl is not only a safe place for animal individuals but also a place of hope and happiness.
We all know how important our own home is to us. We can imagine how important it is for others who have not been so lucky in their lives so far. Now is the time to support others. Every Euro counts and can make a huge contribution to making someone else’s home more beautiful and easier to live in.
