Governments and their legal systems try to keep activists from exposing horrendous acts of cruelty on farms to keep footage from the public, the very people who pay for the animals to be in the situation.
The public is getting manipulated and encouraged to buy animal products by normalizing them with misleading, unrealistic, and simply untrue advertising.
Activists are often portrayed as the bad ones, troublemakers, and even terrorists to sway public opinion and justify unjust and hypocritical punishments that benefit the animal abusers and keep them in business.
Governments and the industry try to justify #AgGagLaws by claiming that animal advocates pose a biosecurity risk, but the true risk is farmers themselves.
